These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Sale Terms”) apply to the purchase and sale of products through Ravan Supply. By placing an order, you agree to these Sale Terms.
1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
- Right to Decline: Ravan Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.
- B2B/Resellers: We reserve the right to limit sales to dealers, resellers, or distributors.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Currency: All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
- Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, and excise taxes, and any other similar taxes, duties, and charges imposed by any government authority on any amounts payable by you.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Timeline: Shipping dates are estimates only. Ravan Supply is not liable for delays in shipment or delivery.
- FOB Point: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are FOB (Free on Board) shipping point. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Inspection: You must inspect the goods upon receipt. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Discretionary Returns: Returns may be accepted at the sole discretion of Ravan Supply. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return request on a case-by-case basis.
- Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Please contact customer support to discuss your specific situation and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.
- Terms: Any authorized returns may be subject to restocking fees, return shipping costs, or other conditions determined at the time of authorization.
5. Limited Warranty
- Manufacturer Warranty: Products sold by Ravan Supply are generally covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Ravan Supply makes no independent warranty regarding the products.
- Disclaimer: WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ravan Supply, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Sale Terms or your use of the products purchased.
7. Force Majeure
Ravan Supply will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, supply chain interruptions, or government orders.
